Our company Elisacan Ltd aims to provide a comprehensive consultancy and real estate advisory service to clients in the UK.

We adapt the services to each specific client requirement so that they receive the most appropriate investment options. Using our knowledge of property and the Turkish market, we aim to use our business experience to source and provide detailed information regarding various types of real estate and present our clients with multiple options.

Due to being based in the UK, Mr Ismail Can Ceken will be able to personally present his clients with their potential real estate investment options, which will mean that he can provide outstanding levels of service and exhibit peerless professionalism to his clients.

What WE Do

Elisacan Ltd provides property and real estate consultancy services to businesses, investment consortium and individuals who are based in the UK, Turkey and internationally.

We provide our services for UK-based clients for their potential property and real estate investments in the UK, Turkey and international locations. Concurrently, we offer our services to Turkey and internationally based clients for their potential property and real estate investments in UK.  

We provide consultancy services through our business to assist clients with their real estate and property procurement options and decision-making processes. We monitor the markets in the UK and Turkey as well as maintain contacts with our extensive network to source attractive real estate and property solutions, taking into account our clients’ requirements in such areas as budget, location and suitability.

When our clients identify a property that they are interested in viewing, they will sign a consultation contract that will be prepared by a lawyer in the UK.

Mr Ceken will make travel arrangements such as airport transfers and suggest hotel reservations for the client. The client will be responsible for any relevant visa applications and payments of travel-related costs.  

Together, they will visit the property locations, with Mr Ceken providing consultancy on the sales potential and assisting with the sales processes for his clients. He will monitor the legal process during the sales process, supporting the relevant law firms as required.
